What is your secret for keeping your students motivated and engaged? Do they find it hard to stay focused on the harp with so many other priorities and activities?

It's a challenge to juggle performing and teaching and even more difficult to bring creative energy to your teaching when you're tired. What aspect of your teaching, other than the admin side of it, would you love to be able to outsource?
